Pre-printed card and fully detailed instructions ensure that the minimum of effort is required to build the model to a very high standard.
The actual footprint of the building itself is only 6 inches by 3.5 inches, so it's very easy to find a space for this kit on almost any model railway layout or diorama.
Numerous multi layer components make up the visible parts of the kit. Doors, windows, lintels, foot steps and pavements are all separate multi layer elements, adding to the visual depth of the model.
